Beware Guys! Keeping Laptop in Knee Can Harm Your Fertility !

Boys ! Take a Serious Attention !

It is the question of your child man!

Recently a study conducted in US, as it appeared in the journal of Fertility & Sterility, shows that the man who balances his laptop in his nether regions could gets problem in his fertility because the laptop/computer heated his scrotum to unsafe temperatures. That is why our testicles are outside the body and is always 2-3 degree less temperature than body.

In the study researchers hooked thermometers to the scrotum of 29 men while they were balancing a laptop on their knees.

Researcher’s speaks that even if it there is a pad under the computer, men’s testicles get overheated quickly. And within 10-15 minutes their scrotal temperatures is more above what we consider safe. Andy you my friend we will not feel it too, as per the leader of the study, Dr. Yefim Sheynkin, a urologist at State University of New York.

Dr. Sheynkin stressed the test’s results still do not prove that laptop use impact the men’s fertility. But some previous tests have shown that heating the scrotum even slightly is enough to damage sperm. The research found that the temperature of the men’s testicles roses by up to 2.5 degree Celsius after working with the laptop positioned on their legs.

“I would not say that if someone starts to use laptops they will soon become infertile” said Sheynkin.” “But frequent use may cause problems because the scrotum doesn’t have time to cool down.” Dr. Sheynkin added.

What will happen if found to affect fertility?

I think, laptops would join a roster of lifestyle factors like diet, drug use, exercise habits and nutrition that men should monitor in order to keep their reproductive systems healthy.

But one good thing for me as well for those who wears tight-fitted –Jeans & brief-style underwear that it does not put men at risk for low sperm counts, according to Dr. Sheykin.

Actually this article I wanna dedicate to one of my brother, Karthik Kumar who always keeps his laptop in night and do jobs as it has been kept by a boy in above picture.
